``Scotty: I went back to Cassiopeian Ponds, to do another advanced meditation course, skills grade 2. To enhance trying to get some answers from our Mentors. We did have a sitting, but all they have said was, it had been noted. ``Vanna: In that case we will all have to sit in the library, for a session. ``Tetra: I trust that means me? ``Vanna: Zaa, but we must teach you the high standards required. ``Tetra: When can we start? ``Vanna: This evening. ``Tetra: Approved. ``Okapi: I too need a refresher course. ``Leila: I am only a beginner. ``Vanna: Okay, meeting this evening in group Circle. So Leila and Okapi, should talk to Scotty. ``Zola: I should be able to cope, but I ought to sit in with you and Tetra, if she agrees. ``Tetra: Approved. ``Vanna: That’s leaves you Mum! ``Selina: I have a friend, and I will go and sit with her, as I need to stay independent. ``Vanna: Fine, let’s all get some fresh air and we will meet up 2nd time to see Dr Passel.

``Dr Passel: It is a pleasure meeting you all together as a group, especially Tetra. I have a copy of the DNA test results, and a full report from Dr Kali. After independently clarifying your characteristics, I will cross examine the findings to see if I can find a common pattern, as to authentication, that you are who you say you are. Once I have completed this quest, I will invite you back to discuss the results. Therefore, I suggest we start with Tetra and if the rest of you would like to wait in reception.

{Meeting of Oligarchy + Planning ~ 3}
``Elder 4: We are finding more problems as with planning applications that has been approved without written permission, but the money has not gone into the main bank account, which is why we cannot traced it. Qualla has spent days on unravelling The Mysteries: but so far we could only track down one, which was Selina’s, and she had paid and we have her reference number, but the bank cannot trace it. Therefore, I suggest that we refund her application fee, as it is over a year ago. ``Elder 3: All in favour? --- Unanimous Chair. ``Elder 2: This information should be documented to the IBA. ``Elder 4: I agree, and can we take a vote? ``Elder 3: Unanimous Chair. The next update is on Tetra’s project, that she has surveyed the 100 Km west section of the canal. The two suggested areas for a reservoir are the only two practical places and needs urgent attention, for an extension 20 Km west, to the forest, which is decaying from drought and with Cassiopeia Ponds. ``Elder 3: All in favour, with a ¢100 voucher? Unanimous Chair.
