Alien Escapade • Episode 0988 - The Out of Time: Feny, Gina, Jarry, Liang, Master, Tetra, Vanna, ~ 07 Cont: ``Jarry: I too am astounded where the time has suddenly gone. We will fix the date as soon as we are back home. ``Master: Some other news Vanna! ``Vanna: Go on! ``Master: The Secretary has accepted me to take her out to dinner, but it was interrupted by this trip. However, she said and quote, 'I want to come with you'. ``Vanna: Crikey that is another surprise. ``Master: If we had not been going to Earth, I would have requested your approval. ``Vanna: Initially I have nothing against her, but you are in the hot seat flying in command. Neither can you be interrupted even as a close friend, as it gets too difficult. Also I will have to meet her. Therefore I would suggest that we drop her in the deep end and request that she goes on the shuttle program, which will suss her out for both of us. ``Master: Okay, I will consider it. We have to go. [Cosmo Bridge] ``Tetra: Traffic checks are okay, but the weather is so foul down there, not much is flying. ``Master: That is good. Locking orbit. Their orbiting objects are on the south side of us so we have a window. ``Vanna: I will start the hops. ``Jarry: First hop quin, and Master says take it easy. ``Vanna: Let us go! Oh heck it is bumpy. Down and up again. Second Hop. Gina and Jarry, keep your seat belts on, as we can easily get toppled over in this turbulence. I will take it easy, but it is really rough down there. ``Gina: Zarfs for the warning, and we still have to go through it. {Corley Farm 8} ``Jarry: We have made it. ``Vanna: The heating is on and I need a hot drink after those two hairy flights. How is Gina? ``Gina: Fine zarfs. ``Master: That was not an easy landing. ``Liang: If that had been one of our planes it would have been grounded. ``Feny: Even our airliners would have trouble with this torrential rain. ``Feny: Drinks everyone. ``Tetra: Do you include this style of weather in our future exams? ``Master: Qaa. ``Tetra: Why not? ``Master: Because they do not expect you to be out in it. ``Tetra: How can we learn the skills of our craft if we are not allowed to practice them? ``Master: A valid point. ``Tetra: In that case after I have passed my aerodynamic exam, will you take me through some heavy cloud? ``Master: Zaa, but you should have 500 hours for this status, and Vanna is well over 400 hours, and you are only on about 80 hours? ``Tetra: The propel test centre does not have a skid patch, so if we did get into trouble we would not know how to get out of it, until it was too late! ``Master: A valid point. ``Liang: We will write a report to Dàshî, telling him what you have allowed us to achieve, in going to two other worlds. I will keep it short for nosy parkers. Moreover you have paid us back with your hospitality, and neither could we pay a penny towards it. ``Feny: None of us like saying 'good byes', but we may quietly disappear and go home, as we have the old fashioned car we can use, and neither do we have to go far. ``Vanna: I understand and I do agree. I am getting used to saying 'good byes; as it is customary in certain circles, but I would prefer just a short soft one. We will still be in touch on the visual links. ``Vanna: Master, a suggestion, as it is torrential rain with stratus low cloud and it is darkish out there although it is daylight, can we use it as a camouflage and go home? ``Master: Zaa, but you have to fly through it again. ``Vanna: In that case, talk me through it as we can do it in one hop? ``Master: Certus. ``Vanna: Feny and Liang have gone home and what about Gina? ``Gina: Agreed. ``Master: In that case, let us go now and we can have a sleep in Cosmo. ``Vanna: Agreed. Folks as the weather is so bad out there and it will get worse as there are thunder clouds building up. So we have decided go straight back home. [Ziggy] ``Jarry: Drawbridge up, and 2 greens. ``Tetra: Course laid in, but it is not on auto in case we need to move around some of this dense cloud. ``Master: Zaa. Cloud burst on, and prism lights are still on. Vanna? ``Vanna: Lifting off --- Docking with Cosmo [Clonk] Docked. That was very hairy, Master.
