``Vanna: I have received the bank reference so zarfs. We need 3 passes, so we can go anywhere. ``Kula: I will arrange that now. ---- They will be ready shortly. ``Vanna: You have three lifts, so the end one furthest away, will have to be replaced first, and I like the one they have put in at Hobbs City. ``Kula: We have a contract. ``Vanna: Cancel it. ``Kula: Okay. -|-``Secretary: Quano and here are your passes. ``[Zarfs]. ``Scotty: That is the first major job to be done. ``Kula: I will get it sorted, but these style lifts may not fit our lift shafts. ``Vanna: Call them in now, and I will discuss it with them. ``Kula: Certus. Secretary, get them in now. ``Secretary: Certus and zimo. ``Vanna: We need to see where your, security hide. ``Kula: That is a good one so let us go and meet them now, as they need to know who you are.

Quano. ``Guard: Quano Kula. ``Kula: The three here with me you will be seeing a lot of, as they are allowed to go anywhere. ``Guard: Quano all. ``Vanna: You have one tiny room? ``Guard: There is more space in the basement, so we just use this as a meeting point. ``Tetra: That is what we thought. So where is your treasurers office? ``Kula: Along here. ``Tetra: I am afraid it means a big move around! The new security room must be easily accessible, therefore it must be on the ground floor. Your security guards must be able to be seen in the most important place at all times. ``Kula: Okay, you win. I will get him to move. ``Tetra: We will still need a small room in the basement to house all the incoming data equipment. ``Vanna: Where is the existing equipment? ``Kula: I have no idea.

``Secretary: The Lift Manager is here. ``Lift: How can I help? ``Vanna: Do these lifts of yours here, conform to the latest standard of specifications? ``Lift: Qaa. They only have to be upgraded if you change them. ``Vanna: Are you aware of the new lift in Hobbs City Hotel? ``Lift: Zaa, as it is our parent company. ``Vanna: Will that new lift fit in here? ``Lift: Zaa, but you have to start from scratch and replace the lot. ``Kula: How soon can you start on getting the end one replaced? ``Lift I would think within a couple of qefs. ``Vanna: Will that also include your new wall anchoring points? ``Lift: Certus, but we would not normally change them. ``Vanna: You will also fumigate the shaft as well? ``Lift: Where did you get all this information from? ``Vanna: As long as you are willing to do the lot, over to Kula. ``Kula: Upgrade our contract and do the lot, ASAP. ``Lift: Certus, and I will get on with it straight away. Zimo. ``Kula: I only got some of that! ``Vanna: I will explain more as we go along. The top floor will be closed to the public. Once that floor is completed you can reopen it, and close the next one in anticipation. Therefore update your online booking sites, of your refurbishment program, in case a particular room is required, especially with your reception staff. ``Kula: Come and have some lunch, you deserve it. [Zarfs] ``Vanna: After lunch we will take a look around on our own, and see what else we can find. ``Kula: You are thorough. ``Vanna: I am sorry to say, that the Inspector was right! It all has to be done correctly, as I too have a reputation.

``Scotty: Let us go and have another look at the basement. -- The old gym will have to be moved. ``Vanna: The Treasurer will have the old Gym and they can create a new gym in the old security office. The store room must be cleared and painted with a new vent. ``Tetra: This will be our computer room, and I will mark it up. So a new door and pass word are required. ``Vanna: Next stop is the roof.

``Scotty: New safety rails, are a must, before we can do anything. New chairs and artificial lawn and a new wind breaker. That should get her moving. ``Vanna: Back to floor Zero. We have done enough this qef. The Treasurer will move into the old Gym, You can refurbish the gym into now the spare room and the end room will be our computer room. We will do you a written report for your final approval. And there will be a consultancy fee for our two visits. ``Kula: Certus. I will go and have some fun.
