Alien Escapade • Episode 1000 - The Cartel 1: Albi, Cheb, Malcolm, Leila, Master, Sadie, Selina, Sheriff, Tetra, Vanna, ~ 10 (Cosmo, Citadel in transit to Sednoid ~ 8} - [Via Cepheus] ``Albi: Hatches secured, and 5 greens. Tetra? ``Tetra: Course laid in to intercept Vulcan V7. Master? ``Master: Unlocking orbit. Vanna? ``Vanna: Zoom at Mach 42. ``Master: Hyperdrive in and Autopilot on. I am still confused where we are going to meet up! ``Tetra: We are going north east and Cheb is going north west, so when we cross diagonally, it is bingo time, plus or minus whether we are high or low. ``Vanna: Cheb will piggyback on us, and we zoom on to Sednoid and detach. ``Master: Okay, I need a drink. [Cosmo Mess] ``Malcolm: Hot drinks and tapir baps. ``Albi: How long will it take to meet up? ``Tetra: Within 1 qef and I will be adjusting our route accordingly, and it will be sooner than later as we can now go twice as fast. ``Vanna: When we do start picking up conflict we will go into strict discipline mode as Malcolm is aware of his Chinese military training. ``Malcolm: Zaa Ma'am. ``Leila: Very good Malcolm. ``Vanna: So sit back and relax. We will fill you in with the details when they happen. ``Selina: They certainly will on this trip. [Cosmo Bridge] ``Vanna: What was the feedback from Cheb on the hot spots? ``Tetra: He thinks he should be able to land in the woods or on top of a hill. ``Vanna: V7 has not got the camouflage equipment. ``Tetra: We all have Walkie-talkies, so they can land in the woods. There is no need for course adjustment, but I will check again later. ``Master: I am going to have a snooze. ``Vanna: That is a good idea, and I will be in my cabin. [Later] ``Master I think it is food time. ``Vanna: I will go and find Malcolm and get some on. ``Leila: We too had a snooze. ``Vanna: We all did. Malcolm can you get some munches on quin? ``Malcolm: Certus. [Ping-Pang-Pong] ``Tetra: Crew to the Bridge. [Cosmo Bridge] ``Vanna: There is V7. ``Tetra: ETA, I ora. ``Master: We just have time to eat. ``Tetra: Sending message, to V7 docking in 1 hour, and maintaining present course. ``Sadie: Confirmed. ``Malcolm: Food time. --- ``Master: That was a nice meal. ``Vanna: I asked Kara to give us a complete variety, and a spicy batch. ``Tetra: Full stop. ``Master: Drifting in on thrusters. ``Sadie: On thrusters, 10Km to docking. ``Cheb: Manual docking procedure. ``Sadie: Zaa Cheb. ``Cheb: Sinking down [Clonk] ``Sadie: Securing hatches. ``Albi Hatches secured. Sadie and Cheb are coming through. --- Closing hatches. ``Vanna: Welcome aboard [Zarfs]``Tetra: Revised course laid in for Sednoid. ``Master: Let the speed build up Vanna? ``Vanna: Mach 42 and Zoom, and we have a new ETA of 8-hours. ``Cheb: That is good. ``Sadie. That is quick how do you do it? ``Vanna: We do not know, but the Saucer does. How many on board? ``Cheb: We have 10 Elite Soldiers. ``Vanna: That is good and we think it will be better for you to land in the woods. ``Cheb: We could drop the squad off and return to orbit height. ``Vanna: Zaa, and a safer option. We could come down behind you for support. ``Cheb: That would be prudent. ``Sadie: Once we are in orbit we will detach? ``Vanna: Confirmed. I think Sadie you stay in the Vulcan and Cheb stays with us and we can track the squad on infrared and by radios. ``Sadie: It sounds good, but I am not familiar with the Vulcan and how it flies. ``Vanna: Cheb can use Ziggy and dock with the Vulcan in case you get into trouble, but he should be able to talk you through it. ``Malcolm: Drinks time in the Mess. [Cosmo Mess] ``Vanna: Folks say quano to Cheb and Sadi [Quano's] We have tapir baps and instant beans. ``Sadie: Fine and zarfs. ``Cheb: Me too. `Vanna: Your elite squad will look after themselves? ``Cheb: They are all highly trained in the arts of survival, and it is hard to have any conversation with them. ``Vanna: That is why they are called The Elite Squad? ``Sheriff: Absolutely and I have met some of them.
