{Space Administration Authority ~ 3}
``Manager: You have specially requested me again, so I am here! ``Vanna: Zaffre. I need a special extension to my license to include Cosmo's, past the normal acceptance of solo entitlement in other spacecraft which I already have on my license. ``Master: Therefore she needs Cosmo to be added in as well to include any 'orbiting' spacecraft, as on her license, as it is on mine. ``Vanna: That is the easy bit and I would like you to do that regardless this qef, quin. ``Manager: Go on! ``Vanna: Moreover, I need a special permission for personal reasons only, to be able to fly solo to Lacerta for a holiday. ``Manager: Crikey that is a tall order, and it will have to be approved by the committee. ``Vanna: That is expected. ``Manager: You will have to fill in the forms again, and I will need your log book and license and your insurances. Whilst you are doing all that, I will try and arrange a special meeting, to consider your application or what has to be done.
[1 Hour later]
``Manager: I have all your details, so come back after lunch and I will advise further on your application. You have got them on the hop, and this has never even been considered before. Zimo.
``Vanna: Well that went better than expected. ``Master: I am surprised we got this far without an argument. ``Vanna: I am sure you will not say qaa to a munch? ``Master: Too right. Let us go and say quano to Neek on the way. ``Vanna: Certus. --- ``Neek: Quano Master, you are back already? ``Master: Zaa, but I will talk to you much later. ``Neek: Quano Vanna. ``Vanna: Quano.

{SAA Committee Meeting ~ 6}
``Manager: They want to see you now! Come with me. --- ``Admin: This is a very strange request, so what is behind it? ``Vanna: I have made many new friends with the Cyclops and I have had a personal invite to go and be their guest for a week. ``Secretary: Why can they not come and pick you up and bring you back? ``Vanna: In their real life culture it does not work that way. The Cyclops is a highly advanced culture and you have to do things their way, and it shows respect. ``Inspector: You have been to Lacerta three times? ``Vanna: Zaa, with Master as Captain and I have been Pu/t on all three trips. ``Inspector: What happens if anything went wrong on this very long trip and you are all on your own, with no back up? ``Vanna: That is the only time that they would come out to make repairs or piggyback me on, back to Lacerta for major repairs. ``Admin: I think we have enough to make a decision, so go and have a drink and we will call you. ``Vanna: Zimo. ``Master: Blimey, I do not know what to say, and I have never known anything like it from them in any aspect. ``Vanna: Well, they did intensely listen for a change, and I have had a fair hearing. ``Master: That too, it has never been known in the past.
[Later]
``Manager: Will you come into my Office quin? --- Here is your new revised license and it now says the same as Master's any 'orbiting spacecraft', with special concessions. However you must advise your Space Insurance Company. What crunched it for them, was that you have visited so many other worlds they could not argue with your determination. Here are all your documents and a new one confirming all your license entitlements. The only thing left is to pay ¢500 for the new license, and ¢500 for the special meeting. ``Vanna: Fine and my Scroll-card. ``Manager: Zarfs and that, has cleared. I too would like to wish you all the best, and come back and say quano, when you are next over here. ``Vanna: Zaffre. ``Master: Zarfs for your help. Zimo.

``Master: I think I had better take you home! ``Vanna: I am quinned that you brought me, and I am shaking like a leaf. ``Master: You certainly now have a lot of additional responsibility on your shoulders. When you come back, I will run a training course for Cosmo, but you will have to achieve 500 hours, before I can pass you through. ``Vanna: I love Cosmo, and she is a lovely ship.
